14 Railroad, Quincy, FL 32352
Unless you are into mid-century modern (which I’m not), it’s difficult to find an old house under $50,000, especially with a bit of land. This four-bedroom, two-bath home boasts .65 acres, and if you Google Map the address, you’ll find that it’s located in a quite a rural spot outside of Tallahassee. As the street name implies, a railroad track is across the road. My husband would say that’s a plus. Many would not, so that may be one of the reasons for the low asking price. The house has a lovely yard, wrap-around porch, original staircase, hardwood floors and original interior doors and trim.
As per the realtor: “Drive a little – save a lot ! Big 2 story farmhouse on corner lot. Hard wood floors, metal roof, covered front porch, updated kitchen cabinets, sold as-is addendum(s) to apply.”
