26 Anne Park, Sumter, SC 29150
I really don’t understand why this South Carolina under $50,000 is so cheap. For a $42,900 house it seems to have so much going for it. The brick beauty has hardwood floors, fireplaces, built-ins, great staircase and decent kitchen and bathrooms. To boot it sits on almost a half acre, has a built-in swimming pool and is in on a truly lovely street in the historic district. The realtor mentions it may have lead paint, but that goes for every house built before 1978. Go figure.
From the realtor: “26 ANNE PARK $42,900. 4 BEDROOM 3 BATH COLONIAL HOME IN THE HISTORIC DISTRICT WITH OVER 3300 SQFT OF LIVING SPACE FOR A GROWING FAMILY. HOME NEED SOME REPAIRS AND UPDATES BUT IT IS A TRUE SOUTHERN CHARM. LARGE MASTER WITH CUSTOM BUILT DRESSERS & SHELVING. IN-GROUND POOL FOR LOTS OF ENTERTAINING. THE HOME IS BEING SOLD AS IS. Property was built prior to 1978 and lead based paint potentially exist.”
