I have an affinity for American Foursquares. In fact, this 1930 beauty has the same staircase as our Cape May, NJ, foursquare. Too bad ours doesn’t have the lovely stained glass this home has. This one, however, as you can see from the photo, needs finishing work. The home sits on almost 3/4 of an acre in Crisfield, Maryland, a quaint fishing village on the Chesapeake Bay. Crisfield is the only town I have ever visited that has a waterfront dollar store. With that said, the town has a tendency to flood. Except for employment, though, it ranks well for its livability score.
As Per the Realtor
“Finish this nice old home, 3” pine floors, corner lot with garage/work shop, stained glass, bulls eye moldings, and more.”
