Call me a fixer upper fanatic. My husband and I have owned and restored a 1910 Folk Victorian on Long Island, an 1880's farmhouse on 15 acres in Schoharie County, New York, and a 1915 American Foursquare in beautiful Cape May, New Jersey. We currently live part-time in Huntington Beach, California, and are working on our 1930 retirement bungalow in Indiana. Old houses touch our souls.
