1949 Spartan Royal Mansion, Completely restored interior to original. All original skin, which has some bumps and bruises due to being original and 75 years old. Everything behind the walls is brand new, wiring, plumbing, insulation, all windows have been resealed. In our opinion this is the ideal size Spartan, small enough to tow and camp in, big enough to use with your family for extended periods longer than a weekend. It can also be used as an A.D.U., short term rental, tiny house, AirBB/VRBO, or a glamping rental.
The trailer is 33ft long, hitch to back, weighs a little over 5000lbs, dual axles with 4 wheel brakes. Seriously this is the best towing trailer I have ever pulled, it recently returned from a trip to Palm Springs CA where it was displayed in their Vintage Trailer Show.
