48 ft nauti-line houseboat, twin 440 big block v8 Chrysler engines, flathead 4 cylinder kohler generator, fresh seals/ gaskets from the head up, new lifters, all exhaust seals/ gaskets new on both motors. Fresh fluids in everything transmission, v drives etc. water pumps rebuilt,both hatches completely rebuilt/full size bed in cabin. 25 gal hot water heater, made to sleep 6 comfortably. Diver cleaned/ inspected hull end of last year, hasn’t been out since.

Everything on the boat goes with it, tons of extras impellers, water pumps, bilge pumps, float switches, distributors, new curtain rods, new never opened Bimini top, 12 life jackets, anchors, 2 expensive bilge heaters. All original manuals. Only thing not working is generator, ran last year, has brand new battery, it’s a simple fix, just don’t have time right now. Moving to East tn only reason for selling. May trade gas/diesel truck, car, suv, towable watercraft. Price dropped in hopes a serious buyer will appear. Don’t have time.
