Realtor Comments

This will be a 2 for 1 deal for you. The block building sits on the corner and could be many things or just use it for storage. The home is a two-bedroom and it needs TLC but has a decent metal roof and an impressive yard with shade trees. It is a landmark in Weir and as a bonus, the house comes with it. The items will not stay in the building. Call for access with your agent.

History

This is Mr. Jackson standing in front of his famous little store in Weir City. I used to sit on the floor in front of Mr. Jackson as he sat in his rocking chair by his pot belly stove in the store and passed his wisdom to me. Mr. Jackson was a great and kind man who I miss to this day. I’m 65 years old now (2013) and Mr. Jackson was 103 when he died in 1968.
