2 For 1 Kansas Fixer Uppers $40K
OHU50K Notes $40,000
Thanks to Ray for submitting this 2 for 1 deal in Kansas! A house and old store. Ray also sent a history of the store owner, and a picture! The house is a two bedroom, one bath, fixer upper and a block building known as Jackson’s Corner that, over the years, has served as a snow cone shop, a general store, and much more make this such an interesting find.
Realtor Comments
This will be a 2 for 1 deal for you. The block building sits on the corner and could be many things or just use it for storage. The home is a two-bedroom and it needs TLC but has a decent metal roof and an impressive yard with shade trees. It is a landmark in Weir and as a bonus, the house comes with it. The items will not stay in the building. Call for access with your agent.
