The brick facade is so appealing, I just couldn’t resist posting this cute handyman special. The interior needs work, but how many houses under $50K are move-in ready these days? The c.1904 cutie is located on a corner lot in the Carondelet neighborhood of Saint Louis. Per a trulia.com review of the neighborhood:

The neighborhood of Carondolet is charming, but can be shady. Most people just want a decent place to live and try to take care of their property the best they can. The schools are ridiculous, not great for school age children. Casino business is pushing the neighborhood to clean it up a bit.
