What a lovely house. I hope someone with vision and resources restores it. Isn’t Pleasantville the name of a movie with Toby McGuire and Reese Witherspoon who play two teenagers who get transported into a 50s TV show? Not relevant, just a fun coincidence.
I lved in this house growing up. In its day it was spectacular. There is a rich history of how it was “haunted” i experienced this first-hand. Will take a lot of money to restore, but it would ge so beautiful if it was restored
I lived in this house from 1965 to 1977. It was a nice big house. The garage was built around 1970 or so. If I had a lotof mopney and knew how to renovate, I would consider it.

The woodwork in that house is worth more than the asking price. I see the roof is leaking. That’s a bad sign. I’d like to see the foundation.
