Here is a very tiny house, just 464 square feet. WE featured this house in June. It was taken off market and is now re-listed for $500 less than the original $75K.
OHU50K has been getting numerous requests for western state homes, but they are like finding a needle in a haystack under our price constraints. What do you think of this one? The low ceilings are too claustrophobic for me, but the distant view is great.
I put the kibosh on buying an old 1920s historic gas station converted into a home a few years back. It was really cute, but I couldn’t live with the low ceilings. My husband tells me on occasion that not buying it was a mistake.

The plants alone is what sells me. Granted, I don’t want a tiny home, but…some of the things I like with these houses: Gardens! Pocket doors, finished basements, fancy staircases, built ins, etc, are all things that make me say, “Yes, I am adding this to my real estate file!”

The patio could be a stunner! Unfortunately, I see snakes being everywhere. Couldn’t have a dog or a horse around there.
