Family History
This home was owned by the Miles family from the mid 1940s to about 1970. John Miles was a technical writer with his own business, and his wife, Maxine, often hosted church, social and cultural events in the home. They had one son, John.
The Miles sold the home to the Alfred Wickline family around 1970. The Wicklines were very proud of their daughter, Cheryl, who was often in the local paper for making the Dean’s List at Trinity College.
