I can see this done. Just add accessibility features and I’m in! I can see the lowest level done as a bistro, with roll up doors for outdoor seating. Install a commercial kitchen and an elevator, two large decks for viewing the river. Possibily use as a wedding venue with all that space indoors and out. Add a fantastic honeymoon suite. Imagine the Bride coming down the stairs, in front of a fireplace, or out in the yard. So romantic! I’d go with a black metal roof and black framed windows. Can you put eyebrow windows in a metal roof? I’d center one on each side of the entry. Refinish the floors. Light sage green walls, hammered copper light fixtures, consistant wood flooring throughout , stamped concrete patio, black iron tables and chairs. What a DREAM. As soon as I win the lottery!
