Cheapish Pennsylvania Handyman Special With Natural Woodwork $135K
OHU50K Notes $135,000
This four bedroom, one bathroom Pennsylvania handyman special has lovely natural woodwork. The staircase, hardwood floors and upstairs tiled fireplace are especially noteworthy. A tiled bath, built-in bench and leaded and stained glass windows are also highlights.
The realtor’s 1930 build date is incorrect as records indicate that Mr. and Mrs. Russell Lombard were living in the home as early as 1915. Russell was a clerk for the gas company. Sadly, the couple lost their first child in infancy while living at this address in 1916.

What a beauty! That stained glass window! The finished attic is a plus. I love the attic level windows and fishscale shingles. Pennsylvania houses in this style are so very solid; built to last.
