Infected by HGTV. And too far north. I’ve already resigned myself to at least temporarily finding a place in the midwest, though the goal is eventually the desert SW, but Michigan, New York, Vermont, etc, is just TOO far north. But otherwise, it has everything I’m looking for, just about.
