Missouri Fixer Upper

c.1880 Abandoned Missouri Fixer Upper Under $50K

OHU50K Notes   $49,500

This abandoned Missouri fixer upper stands like a forgotten relic of a bygone era, its weathered wrap-around porch still holding onto the echoes of a prosperous past. Its once-pristine hardwood floors and built-ins are now worn with time and history. A solitary pink stuffed animal lays quietly on the worn hardwoods as if waiting patiently for a child to return and restore the energy that once filled the rooms of this three-bedroom, one-bath, 2,640-sf home.

Realtor Comments

3 Bedroom 1, could be 2 bath 2 story home on a 85 X 196 lot, close to downtown. This Home has a lot of character to the time and would be an awesome fixer upper, with original wood floors and woodwork. does have a fireplace in the living room. Original wood stair case. The foundation has been redone at some point with poured concrete and block. Home is solid and has good bones. It could be livable as someone worked on the house. This home will be sold in AS IS condition with no warranties or disclosures. No inside pictures at this time, as sellers are in the process of emptying the contents.
