West Virginia Fixer Upper For Sale Via Auction
Auction
Three-bedroom, 1.5 bath West Virginia fixer upper for sale via auction. The fireplace mantels are lovely, but the house is a project. I was surprised at how auctions are stacked against the seller with hidden fees after my son looked into selling his house that way. He decided against it. There was a $1500 advertising fee, and if the buyer backed out, the seller still had to pay the percentage of the sale fee to the auction house. For a very cheap house, the risk was not worth it.
