It is obviously part way through a remodel, my question is, did the already complete portions of remodel include:
1–replacing all wiring with current wiring up to current code?
2–were all pipes (including vent pipes) replaced and brought up to current code?
3–any place there is drywall on an exterior wall is there insulation now placed between the drywall and the brickwork/masonry, and is the wall up to current code?
4–has this structure been registered with any historic society and if so what are the limitations in use/reconstruction based on historic landmark/society guidelines???
Thank you
Todd
