Some obvious remuddles, but the home has retained great features. I love the woodwork in the kitchen. I “walked” around in the Google view and the neighborhood looks well cared for. What this house will probably need is a new roof and some weatherproofing in winter (plastic over the windows, etc.) If you’re from friendly regions and you move here, you might find people unfriendly. I found it takes some getting used to. Oil City has its detractions, as you’ll see from the Niche reviews, but it also has a lot going for it. Arts, a college campus, antique mall, job opportunities within a 30-60 minute commute are all in Oil City. I visit several times a year.
