Former Old Church Converted into a Home in Roulette PA $50K ~ Off Market
26 Second St, Roulette, PA 16746 $50,000 ~ Off Market
OHU50K NOTES
As is the case with 6,000 to 10,000 American churches each year, this old church closed its doors to its dwindling congregation. Fortunately, someone saved it from neglect and decay and converted it into a unique home.
The building is the former St. Mary Catholic Church. The 2009 closure was due, as noted by the Erie Diocese, to a lack of priests. The church lay vacant for a while, and then was converted by new owners into this home. Apparently, the steeple (as seen in a photo below) was removed either before or during the conversion.

Beautiful old church turned into a home, situated on a large in town corner lot. Must see to appreciate.
