OHU50K NOTES
Owner financing is available for those who have the vision to complete what has been started on this c. 1900 Victorian cottage. Much has already been accomplished, but the home still needs a loving hand to finish it. The asbestos siding has been removed, revealing the original clapboard, dropped ceilings have been removed, replacement windows installed, the roof has been repaired and a new electrical panel has been installed. Only thing I wish they had not done was remove the original kitchen cupboards.

I went on google maps to see it…it’s a gem of a fixer upper I think. So I google drove up the side road to see the back of the house…and it’s gone! They demolished it.

The house next door was demolished, not the Victorian cottage. In fact, the featured house was just reduced to $14,900.
