Ugh….that makes me so mad when they suggest tearing it down. It does not look in horrible shape and can be, should be, saved. Hopefully someone see that and buys it and fixes her up.

The realtors comments were: ” Both 101 East High Street and 417 Weaver Street are included in this sale”. I can’t seem to locate 417 Weaver St. Is it just an empty lot?
