OHU50K NOTES
The setting is lovely! Since the 2013 Google map view, the porch gingerbread has been stripped off, and apparently a DIY-er has been hard at work stripping the interior of its original charm, too. However, 1.31 acres in a scenic spot counts for a lot.

A Country Farm House Handyman Special on 1.31 Acres! Offers up to 14 rooms, was apparently a two family home at one point; as it has both front & back stair cases & 3 electrical meters. A quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes & farms. Property is being sold in AS IS condition for an all cash sale. Turn this Sow’s Ear Into Your Next Silk Purse Project !! The possibilities are endless!!

I’m surprised the realtor made an assumption that, because of front and back staircase, this had been a 2 family house. They need an architecture history lesson. The person or persons who executed the dreadful re-muddling attempt should be banned from ever using hand or power tools ever again.

I actually lived in this house when I was a kid… around 1993-ish, and it was indeed a 2 family house at that time. I certainly agree with your statement about not using mud or power tools though! Haha! Its actually impossible for me to remember what I looked like from the pictures, it’s a shame… it was a beautiful home when we lived there. 🙁

I bet it had a lot of its original features then!
