Yes! I love this cottage! Sadly, it looks like it’s in need a new roof which would be a huge expense. The multiple wallpapers would have to go….another time consuming expense. The small room could work for me. I’m assuming the HVAC would require installation or updating. I’d still be interested in the property if the price is negotiable.
