This one has recently been reduced $10,ooo to $49,900. The build date is newer than we usually feature, and the house isn’t much to look at.  The outbuilding needs a roof, but the two and and a half rural acres sure are level and pretty.

Never thought about having a fig farm, but that might be an interesting idea. Never much cared for figs, but we had a fig tree in our garden, and an older Italian neighbor would come by, and he sure enjoyed them.
