Family History

The area in and around Ash Street was predominantly made up of first and second generation Italians from the turn of the century until the mid- 1970s. Sometime after Mrs. Paradisio passed away in 1952, Angela Rose Razzano Viggliotti moved into the home. She was from Italy, while her two brothers, Father Fortunato Razzano and Luigi Razzano remained in the Old Country. (Italian names roll off  one’s tongue like a song, don’t they?)
