It has a nice kitchen. Basement walls need more cement around fieldstone rocks and needs stucco work.

In 2014 I was house hunting in Maine, and I looked at that house. The realtor told me where the key was and let me go by myself. (A big no no!!) I was too scared to go to the cellar! There was a “two holer” just off the kitchen! It was 14k then. They’ve done some work. The road it’s on is very nice!! Machias is a nice college town, but still very removed from civilization.
