Family History
Because they lived here for six decades from the 1940s to the mid 2000s, this is known as the Burditt House. Roscoe C. Burditt (1900-1985) was a commercial truck driver. He lived here with his wife, Vera Smith Burditt (1900-1984) and their two children Dorothy and Horace. After the elder Burditts passed away, Dorothy and her family inherited the house.
