Sitting high above the Ohio River on a stretch of road with lovely historic homes, this antebellum fixer upper has terrific views. Most of the photos are of the views, with very little interior pics. The owner also has two different lot sizes recorded. Despite the errors in the listing, however, you have to agree that with the updates he mentions below, this is an intriguing property.

This property needs a lot of work, however the views from the first and the second floor are absolutely spectacular and would be considered million-dollar views. It was built in 1826. It was the first property built in this particular neighborhood. It is currently registered as a historical property within a historical district. It is believed that those seeking refuge through the underground railroad had spent time in the basement of this house where free black individuals lived and cared for the house.
