For cryin’ out loud; who takes these photos?! This c.1865 brick fixer upper farmhouse on two acres looks so intriguing, but who can tell by the pics? Only eight realtor photos, and in that collection we have a snapshot of a toilet bowl, curtains, stove, stairwell, shelf, outdoor lantern and a distorted bedroom.
The vintage steel cabinets are unique, but it’s really the exterior of this Rawson, Ohio (pop. 570) property, however, that draws me in. White picket fence, arched windows and headers, arched second floor door to nowhere, and the wonderful setting. From the Google Map shot I took, you can see the old farmhouse is set way back from the road behind a country cemetery. I love it!
There are issues, though. The two acres are being split off of an 80-acre farm, and the fixer upper farmhouse needs a septic system.
