REALTOR COMMENTS
This Victorian For Sale with three bedrooms in Edwards is priced below assessed value and ready for a new owner. There is a laundry room on the main floor that could easily be converted back to a fourth bedroom, a wide open kitchen that leads to a back deck. Also on the main floor there is a formal dining room, living room and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find 3 nice sized bedrooms. The basement is dry, and has storage for firewood. There is a walk up attic for extra storage opportunities.

Is it near a train or bus station? How to get there? Is it possible to make it into air b&b?

Those are good researching on Google questions.

It’s amazing to me how so many houses in the Northeast that are listed for sale, even if they are listed at many hundreds of thousands of dollars, tend to show photos with unmade beds, garbage on the floors, sometimes even unflushed toilets and have a general “not-ready-for-prime-time” look before the real estate pics were taken. Is it too much effort to make a bed throw dirty laundry into a closet and vacuum the carpets or sweep the floor before you take a photo? I can visualize past the trash and the poor housekeeping, but most people can’t. It’s just so incredibly lazy. (*I’m not criticizing this site/blog or anyone connected to it. Just the folks who took the pics and are trying to sell these homes. Just venting here, because it’s a common glaring issue in Northeastern US real estate.)

You should see the homes I don’t feature. It’s not just northeast states.
