REALTOR COMMENTS
Charming 1886 2 story fixer upper. Being sold as is and hoping to sell with the home next door as seller owns both properties. Turn this into a large lot with the removal of this home or put some work into it and use it as an income property or Air BnB. The possibilities are endless with this adorable little place.

Ugh….it annoys me when the realtor suggested tearing a house down. 🥺

‘removal’ of this wonderful house in favor of some crappy ranch house next door?
this world makes me sad.

I just fell in love with this home and am hoping I can purchase this home and fix it and make it my forever home. waiting for a text message. I would never tear down history.

I love this little house. What a waste of history to tear down. Love it how streets are named after pioneer women <3. Would love to purchase this house!!

The staircase is steep and missing several balusters. It needs to be replaced by a new staircase that has a ten-inch unit run, and a seven-and-a-half-inch unit rise.
