The staircase indicates that this fixer upper was once a lovely home. West Creek Recreational Trail is just steps away. The 19.5 mile recreational trail connects St. Marys and Emporium following a railroad route in a forested area of northern Pennsylvania known as elk country.

Centrally located 2 story brick Victorian, with 2600 square feet, 4-5 bedrooms & 2 baths – tons of space to make your own! Convenient first floor bath, laundry, and large bedroom or office, front and back staircases reminiscent of the time period. Walk-up attic and full basement provide added storage. Large, level rear yard. Affordably priced for a new owner to restore to its former glory. The commercial zoning allows for business potential – B&B, offices, etc.

Your description had me a little worried, but I think it’s still a beautiful house. The original features and that staircase! I think I might be a little in love with that blue and white light fixture even if it itsn’t original

I like the look of the house. Can you tell me if there are any large pitfalls, like plumbing, heating, or electrical? I fell into this with my first fixer. I really like the staircase.
