Family History

This was the home of Frank Purcell (1883-1947). Frank married Margaret “Maggie” Robb (1884-1966) in 1908 and purchased this home soon after. The couple raised their sons, Robb and William, in this home. Frank was a salesman for a retail grocery. After Frank passed away in 1947, Margaret continued to live in the home until her death in 1966. She made extra money by babysitting.
