Nice house, but realtor.com link says house is not for sale, and three (yes, three attempt to reach realtor (email to general mailbox, and two texts directly to realtor, yielded no response). I reached out to another realtor in area, and after a couple of hours, she responded that the house was “pending”. I think you should remove the listing, and save your loyal followers the trouble of trying to get info from a rude, and unresponsive realtor. I would never use Due East Realty due to their unprofessional and poor customer service. Thx for all you do!! I spend hours perusing your site!!
Thank you! Sorry you had that experience, though. Yes. It is difficult to keep up with the updated status of these cheap old houses in this competitive market. I think if a listing is more than 2 weeks old, we can assume it is gone.
