First things first rip out all that laminate flooring! Hopefully nice floors under but it would be better to lay new hard wood floors. You can modernize like they did in the kitchen! Buit the dining room needs complete overhall. I would also get rid of the bedroom on the first floor make mudd room, bathroom and laundry room. Back porck would become house attached greenhouse. So that room will be all windows..etc.. Btw: My favorite part of viewing all these old homes is what I would do if I owned it! I love this site!
