c.1890 Kansas Victorian-Era Home and Carriage House Under $100K

This was the home of Frank Marshall Warren (1858-1937). Frank married Nellie Pearson (1864-1917) in 1885 and soon after had this home built. Frank was a traveling salesman for a pharmaceutical company and in alter life for golf equipment. The couple lived in the home with their children Ethel and Leonard, as well as a servant girl. After the death of Nellie in 1917, Frank continued to live in the home with his adult, unmarried, and college educated daughter Ethel until his death in 1937. Ethel then lived in the home until her death in 1973. Kudos to the Warren family for keeping most of the home intact and in original condition.
