This fixer upper certainly has seen better days, and the cellar is definitely scary, but the house is so unique that we had to show it. It is located in a lovely, low-crime neighborhood with great older homes and the beautiful brick Mulberry United Methodist Church across the street. Mulberry is like Mayberry! Looks like someone started restoration but lost steam. Hope someone sees its potential.
