OHU50K NOTES
If I was not adverse to cold weather, this sweet foreclosure in Tomah, Wisconsin (pop.9,093), could suck me right in. The home sure has curb appeal, and it is located across the street from the village green where the bandstand holds musical events on summer evenings and the farmer’s market sells delicious local produce and goods.
Of course, the interior needs work. The paneling has to go, but the fixer upper offers original doors and trim, wainscoting and a lovely kitchen built-in. I would bet hardwood floors exist under those carpets, too.

Foreclosure home in the wonderful town of Tomah WI. Home has a nice curb appeal with a nice little backyard. Across from a nice park and right off of the road with all the awesome little shops and restaurants in Tomah! Inside of home is spacious and could use some work but not a lost cause.
