This was the parsonage for the which is located across the street. This church, organized in the year 1805, was the first Church of the Brethren west of the Miami River and was originally a congregation of German immigrants. The Lower Miami Cemetery is a short walk away (not included in the sale). Photos below show some of the people buried there.
