Matlock Schoolhouse for sale. It comes with original blackboard, outhouse, old well pump that needs some work. The property does have part of the Cox Creek, a branch of Bourbous going through the property.

This unique property was built in 1900 and used as a school house till the early 1960’s. Since that time it been used as a hunting cabin. Property is in a flood plain but it does not look like the school house is. Owner made 3 small bedrooms in the back of the school but these walls can be taken back out. There is a room that has a range in it. This is a must see, one of a kind.
