Family History

For more than three decades, this was the home of the Johnson family. William B. Johnson (1899-1969) was a machinist for the Illinois Central Railroad for 30 years. He lived in the home with his wife Anna Mae Brown Johnson (1903-1966) and raised their children here, Dorothea, Zelma, Norma and William. A fourth child died in infancy.
