There seems to be some discrepancy with the lot size. I looked on Pine County GIS, but they did not give the parcel dimensions. It is also hard to make heads or tails of the floor plan. It appears that a foursquare was tacked on to the back of an earlier farmhouse. The 19th photo with the two staircases really has me confused, though. In any event, the house needs plenty of work.
