Here is an American foursquare with natural woodwork. Located in Johnny Carson’s hometown, the neat, clean house has a lot going for it for the money. I love the woodwork, but I would have to make one of the bedrooms a second bathroom. The kitchen is a redo, too, despite the recent updates. Having a foursquare of  our own, I know that the solid outside door was not originally in the kitchen. That door led down steps to the basement. I assume the owners opened it to the kitchen to enlarge the room, but that half wall is pretty awful.
