Davis Leroy Horner (1879-1945) built this house in 1908 for his new bride Margaret Edna Simmonds (1879-1971). He owned the house free and clear.  The couple lived in the home with their daughter and Mr. Horner’s parents for almost 20 years. Davis (aka Roy) was an account for Pennsylvania Railroad.
