I don’t know what we might find under all the clutter, but the exterior of this cheap house for sale in Mississippi sure has curb appeal. The realtor description says that this three bedroom, 1.5 bath is move-in ready. It also states the square footage as 10,688, so we can’t trust everything they say. I do spy a few vintage interior features, however, including 5-panel doors with porcelain doorknobs, a. couple of old fireplace mantels, and wainscoting.

The home sits on a tree-lined street of well-kept homes, and of course, the wrap-around, gingerbread porch with porch swing warms our hearts.
