Can you imagine this house with new vibrant paint colors and a few plants in the garden? The realtor comments below outline all the great features this home has to offer.

I was struck by the sink in the bedroom. Living at the Jersey Shore, there was always a demolition sale going on in the Wildwoods or Ocean City. My husband salvaged a sink much like this one for our 1915 kitchen, except it had legs. I loved it but for the fact it was an extremely shallow 4″ deep basin. With no dishwasher and seven kids, I opted instead for a new, deep double stainless steel model.

2019 REALTOR COMMENTS

Take charge and bring life back into this old house. Although this fixer upper may be old and worn out around some edges, it still has beauty, strong bones, lots of character, and can be dressed up inside and outside for everyone to talk about.

The foyer is stunning and shows off an open staircase with original, gorgeous woods. Lots of original woodwork, some original light fixtures and door hardware are in place including two sets of working pocket doors. A second staircase to the upstairs is visible from the upstairs hallway leading down to a closed off kitchen wall. A downstairs door was taken away to enlarge the kitchen but could be converted back.

Some water lines have been updated to service the first floor. Walk up attic. Although this is a small lot, the home has a large covered porch, large living/bedroom areas and tons of square footage. Bring your tape measure, calculator, imagination and the desire to restore a Victorian home in Clinton. Sold as is

2018 Realtor Comments

Large, spacious home for the fixer upper. Large bedrooms upstairs, and large rooms on the main floor. A bedroom upstairs will accommodate furniture in the absence of a closet. A room on the main floor was used as a bedroom with the addition of a small closet. Foyer entry and the sturdy, strong and stunning open staircase with original, gorgeous woodwork is still grand. Original woodwork, some original light fixtures and door hardware are in place including two sets of working pocket doors.
