Zillow Comments

Tons of character and old world charm in this diamond in the rough. Was rented through December however, there was a small fire in the attic and I no longer live in the area and I’m not interested in working on this project any further. Leave message if you call or text me. Estimated 1900 or earlier Dutch colonial. Best features are the antique character of the home to include glass and metal lightning rod to top of the roof beautiful wood working in the house to include the wood floors, baseboards, pillars and pocket doors clawfoot tub. Much work has been completed to get the old girl to shine again to include new roof, Repairing foundation, adding structural supports, repairing and replacing plumbing, removing all the wallpaper, repairing the walls, sanding and painting ripping up the carpet to discover beautiful hardwood floors underneath could use refinishing, updated staining and a new coat of poly. Exterior walls has been hand scraped and repainted house and garage. Home is on a Beautiful lot in a wonderful little small town with excellent hunting all around. She still needs some work, the fuel tank had to be removed would need to be replaced to get the radiators to work throughout the home again, or add mini splits for heating and cooling. Still needs some cosmetic touches inside the house but is now waterproof and structurally sound.
