OHU50K NOTES

This fixer upper on a lovely one acre lot in Chase City, Virginia, was actually built around 1912. It seems that some lovely older homes owned by physicians and business owners were razed just a few houses down the street where the current Family Dollar and CVS sit. Other than it was on the market for $209,000 in 2017 and then taken off market, I cannot find much information about this fixer upper.
