So the home has curb appeal, price is cheap, crime is super low, and there are plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities nearby. The c.1914 fixer upper has vintage steel kitchen cabinetry, second kitchen with original cupboard and old porcelain sink, clawfoot tub and lovely built-in. And get a load of the linoleum. I know linoleum has asbestos, but as long as it is undisturbed, I would leave it in place. Love it!

So what’s the catch? Like I said, it is a fixer upper that needs new plumbing. But it is so cute.
