c.1915 Maine Fixer Upper Multi-Family Home For Sale in Maine $59,990
OHU50K Notes $59,990
The street this fixer upper multi-family home is perched on is filled with lovely old homes and beautiful, lush, green forested hills surround the neighborhood. Built in 1910, the home could be a stunner. French doors, hardwood floors, archways and an unfinished basement are features of the 2-unit home. I would love to find an old photo of the house with the original sleeping porch.

Family History
This was the home of prominent attorney, Ralph Parker (1871-1947) and his wife Bernice. Mr. Parker attended Stanford University and received his law degree from Boston Law School. He served as attorney for the Rumford Falls Trust Company and was a former president of the Maine Bar Association. Although the Parkers had no children, the couple lived in the home with extended family and a servant.
